Booking Policy
All bookings for consultations can be done online through our website by simply clicking the BOOK NOW buttons. Clients under the age of 18 years, must have a parent or guardian’s full knowledge and permission to attend any appointments and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their appointment.
All bookings require a prepayment of 100% of the total service fee to reserve your appointment date and time. Please note that appointments are not confirmed until the prepayment is received. Please note all prescriptions are at an additional cost.
Clinic Behaviour
To help maintain our schedule and ensure you receive the full duration of your allocated appointment, we kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please understand that, in the event of late arrival, additional time cannot be provided, and the full service fee will be applicable as originally booked. Please make sure you have completed your initial consultation form prior to your scheduled appointment time, which will be emailed to you.
We also extend our request for you to show respect towards our dedicated staff, our facilities, and fellow clients throughout your visit. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
Rescheduling Appointments
You have the flexibility to reschedule your appointments up to 12 hours prior to the originally scheduled time. To make any necessary changes, kindly reach out to our clinic directly for assistance. Please note that if you choose to reschedule less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, a 50% fee may still apply. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
Here at the Botanic Potion Naturopathy Clinic, we deeply respect your time and prioritize a shared commitment to punctuality and consideration for all our valued clients. To maintain this efficiency and fairness, we kindly request strict adherence to your booked appointment times.
To facilitate our clinic operations and to honor the schedules of our dedicated practitioners, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice from your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee. In cases of failure to cancel or attend the scheduled consultation, a fee equivalent to 100% of the consultation fee will be applied.
